1. Agreement, age, and operator
These Terms govern access to BuyViews and purchases through buyviews.online and its authorized domains. “BuyViews,” “we,” and “us” refer to the storefront operator based in York County, Pennsylvania. By creating an account or ordering, you accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, Digital Delivery Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Payment Options disclosures, and service-specific terms shown at checkout. You must be at least 18 and legally able to contract.
2. Independent reseller
BuyViews is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or an agent of Instagram, Meta, YouTube, Google, TikTok, X, or any other named platform. Platform names describe intended compatibility. Services are fulfilled through a third-party supplier and depend on supplier availability and platform behavior.
3. Catalog, orders, and delivery
You are responsible for selecting the correct service, quantity, and public target. Prices and limits can change until a local order is created. Fulfillment begins only after valid payment is verified and supplier submission succeeds. A supplier service may be disabled without notice when removed, changed, or considered unsuitable. Start and completion estimates are not guarantees. Do not place overlapping orders for the same target unless the listing expressly permits it.
4. No outcome promise
We do not promise virality, discovery, ranking, monetization, sales, revenue, audience quality, permanent retention, account safety, or any business outcome. Third-party platforms may delay, review, remove, or adjust activity and may restrict or close accounts.
5. Payment authorization and records
You authorize the exact USD amount displayed at checkout. The enabled provider may apply its own terms, eligibility rules, network charges, exchange rates, holds, or fees. Automated fulfillment requires a completed provider record matching the local amount and currency. Manual payments require administrator verification in the real business account. BuyViews records the service, target, quantity, price, selected method, provider reference, accepted terms version, timestamp, IP address, browser information, and delivery events to operate the service, prevent fraud, and address disputes.
6. Crypto-specific terms
Crypto transfers can be irreversible. Send only the asset, network, address, and exact amount shown by the generated Coinbase Business or BTCPay invoice. Do not send to an address copied from an email or message. A wrong asset, network, destination, or late/incorrect amount may be unrecoverable. The checkout provider—not BuyViews—controls wallet connection, conversion, network confirmation, and custody. You remain responsible for your wallet security and tax obligations.
7. Refunds, cancellations, and disputes
The Refund and Cancellation Policy is part of these Terms. Digital fulfillment usually cannot be reversed after supplier acceptance. Contact support promptly so the order and provider record can be reviewed. Nothing limits non-waivable consumer rights or requires you to surrender a lawful payment-dispute right.
8. Your responsibilities
You must own or be authorized to promote every submitted target; follow applicable law, contract, advertising disclosure, and platform rules; keep targets public and unchanged during delivery; provide truthful identity and payment information; safeguard your account; and avoid every prohibited use.
9. Rejection and suspension
We may pause, reject, refund, or close accounts and orders presenting fraud, security, legal, payment, supplier, sanctions, or platform-policy risk. Payment does not require us to fulfill an unlawful or prohibited order.
10. Limitation and indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuyViews is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, platform account actions, wallet mistakes, network interruptions, or supplier outages. Aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order. You agree to indemnify BuyViews for claims arising from an unauthorized target or unlawful misuse where law permits.
11. Changes and governing law
Updated Terms apply prospectively; each receipt stores the version accepted for that order. Pennsylvania law governs without overriding mandatory consumer protections. Courts in York County, Pennsylvania have venue where legally permitted.
