Information we collect
BuyViews collects account information (name, email, and password hash); order information (service, public target, quantity, price, and status); payment method, references, and provider events; support messages; accepted legal terms; IP address; browser information; security events; and administrator audit records. We do not store social-media passwords, full card numbers, wallet private keys, or recovery phrases.
How we use information
We use information to create accounts, quote and fulfill orders, verify and reconcile payments, synchronize delivery, process eligible refills and cancellations, support customers, prevent fraud, secure the site, maintain accounting/legal records, and respond to disputes or lawful requests.
Who receives information
The fulfillment supplier receives the service ID, target, quantity, and service-required delivery fields. An enabled payment provider receives information needed for payment under its own privacy terms. Hosting, email, security, accounting, legal, and other professional providers may process limited data for us. We do not sell personal information for targeted advertising.
Crypto and public blockchains
Crypto transactions can be recorded on public blockchains. Wallet addresses, amounts, and transaction hashes may be publicly observable and cannot generally be deleted by BuyViews. Coinbase Business or a configured BTCPay store processes the invoice under its own terms.
Cookies and sessions
BuyViews uses essential secure session cookies for sign-in, CSRF protection, and continuity. The core package does not install advertising cookies. If analytics or advertising is added, this policy and any legally required consent controls must be updated first.
Retention and security
Order, payment, legal-acceptance, accounting, fraud, support, and audit records are retained as reasonably necessary for operations and legal obligations. Reset tokens expire after one hour. Passwords are one-way hashed. Supplier and payment credentials remain server-side. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible personal information by contacting support. Transaction, blockchain, security, tax, and dispute records may be retained where deletion is unavailable or not legally required. You may sign out and clear session cookies in your browser.
Adults and location
BuyViews is for adults 18 and older and is operated from Pennsylvania, United States. Provider or legal restrictions may limit availability by person or location.
