Authorized, lawful use only
You may order only for a page, channel, profile, post, or other target you own or are expressly authorized to promote. You are responsible for deciding whether a service is permitted by the relevant platform, contract, employer, sponsor, advertiser, payment provider, and law.
Prohibited uses
- Impersonation, identity fraud, misleading endorsements, undisclosed sponsored activity, or false claims of popularity.
- Harassment, threats, stalking, hate, exploitation, or targeting a person without authorization.
- Political influence, civic manipulation, election activity, or coordinated inauthentic behavior.
- Fraud, scams, deceptive advertising, market manipulation, or evasion of platform enforcement.
- Illegal goods, malware, phishing, stolen content, intellectual-property infringement, or non-consensual material.
- Sexual exploitation, content involving minors, self-harm encouragement, or dangerous illegal conduct.
- Testing stolen payment credentials, abusing refunds, false disputes, money transmission, sanctions evasion, or bypassing provider/location restrictions.
- Disruptive automation, security probing, private-data scraping, or access resale without written authorization.
Enforcement
BuyViews may reject, pause, cancel, refund, preserve records for, or report activity that appears unauthorized, deceptive, harmful, illegal, or inconsistent with supplier/payment rules. Payment does not obligate fulfillment of a prohibited order.
Platform risk
Third-party platforms may prohibit or remove artificial or low-quality engagement and may limit or terminate accounts. A service appearing in the supplier catalog does not mean the platform approves it. You accept that risk and must use the catalog responsibly.
